Affiliate Partnership Terms

These terms apply when an eligible Exitnine member uses an Exitnine affiliate link or referral code.

Eligibility and participation

You must have an active eligible Exitnine membership and an active affiliate profile. Exitnine may pause or remove access where promotion is misleading, unlawful, abusive, spam-based, or otherwise risks harm to Exitnine or its members. Self-referrals and duplicate or artificial accounts are not eligible.

Attribution

A referral is normally attributed when a new member follows your referral link or applies your code and completes signup and payment. Referral attribution is stored for up to 30 days. Existing members and referrals already attributed to someone else are not reassigned.

Commission and qualification

The current commission rate is 30% of eligible membership payments actually received by Exitnine, excluding taxes, refunds, discounts, chargebacks and failed payments. A referral must remain an active paying member for 30 days before commission is confirmed. Commission continues only while the referred membership remains active and eligible.

Reviews, refunds and adjustments

Exitnine reviews referrals before payment. Cancelled or refunded payments, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, policy breaches and processing errors can reduce, withhold or reverse commission. If commission has already been paid, a corresponding adjustment may be deducted from a later payout.

Bonuses and payouts

Any milestone bonus shown in the product is earned only after the required number of approved, confirmed referrals. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually, normally around the date shown in the product. You must provide accurate UK payout details. Minimum thresholds or processing delays will be disclosed before they apply.

Your responsibilities

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required, avoid false claims about Exitnine, and comply with advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and platform rules. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and liabilities. Exitnine does not provide tax or legal advice.

Changes and ending participation

We may change the programme, rate or these terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where reasonably possible. Either party may end participation; valid commission confirmed before termination remains subject to review, adjustment and these terms.
