Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Exitnine.ai, including our website, platform, member portal, AI coaching tools, dashboard, The Exit, 4 Core Pillars, journal, trackers, community features, Circles, events area, calendar tools, profile pages, direct messaging, resources and related services.
By creating an account, subscribing, accessing or using Exitnine, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Exitnine.
1. Who We Are
Exitnine is operated by:
Exitnine Limited
Company number: 17090094
Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Camden, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Contact email: admin@exitnine.ai
In these Terms, "Exitnine", "we", "us" and "our" means Exitnine Limited.
"You" and "your" means the person using Exitnine.
2. What Exitnine Is
Exitnine is an AI-powered coaching and development platform.
It is designed to help users reflect, plan, track progress, access coaching tools, use AI-generated guidance, participate in community features and work through personal development content.
Exitnine is a coaching and self-development platform. It is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, employment advice, business advice, crisis support or a replacement for qualified professional services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Exitnine.
By using Exitnine, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18
- You are using Exitnine for personal consumer use only
- The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
- You will comply with these Terms
We may suspend or close your account if we believe you are under 18, have provided false information, or are using Exitnine in breach of these Terms.
We may also ask you to verify your identity or age where reasonably necessary.
4. Your Account
You may create one account using one email address.
You must not:
- Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions
- Share your login details with another person
- Sell, transfer or assign your account
- Allow anyone else to use your account
- Use another person's account without permission
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account secure, unless the law says otherwise.
5. Subscriptions and Plans
Exitnine offers paid subscription plans.
The current plans are:
Standard
- Monthly: £24 per month
- Annual: £244.80 per year
Pro
- Monthly: £38 per month
- Annual: £364.80 per year
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the checkout flow.
We may offer discount codes, coupons or promotional pricing. Discounts may be changed, withdrawn, limited or cancelled at any time unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
We do not currently offer free trials.
6. Auto-Renewal
Exitnine subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Monthly subscriptions renew each month.
Annual subscriptions renew each year.
By subscribing, you authorise Exitnine and our payment provider, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We will make clear at checkout:
- The plan you are buying
- The price
- The billing period
- Whether the subscription renews automatically
- How you can cancel
- Any minimum commitment, if applicable
- When access starts
7. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may use in future.
We do not store your full card number.
You are responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date.
If payment fails, we may suspend or restrict your access until payment is successfully completed.
8. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Exitnine subscription at any time inside your account settings or by contacting us at admin@exitnine.ai.
If you cancel your subscription, your cancellation will stop future renewals. You will normally continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, unless your account is terminated earlier under these Terms.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your Exitnine account. You may delete your account separately inside the app.
If you delete your account, your access to Exitnine will be revoked.
9. Cooling-Off Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with statutory cancellation rights, you may have the right to cancel your subscription within a legal cooling-off period.
For UK consumers, this is usually 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into, unless an exception applies.
Because Exitnine provides immediate access to digital services, digital tools, AI coaching, platform features and digital content, your cancellation and refund rights may be affected once access begins.
At checkout, we may ask you to confirm that:
- You want immediate access to Exitnine after payment
- You understand that once digital content or digital services are supplied, your right to cancel and receive a full refund may be reduced or lost where permitted by law
Where the law requires us to provide a refund during a cooling-off period, we will do so.
Where the law allows us to deduct an amount for digital services already supplied, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the access or services you have already received.
Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation rights you have by law.
10. Renewal Cooling-Off Rights
Where required by applicable subscription laws, including any UK subscription-contract rules that apply to Exitnine, you may have additional cancellation rights after certain subscription renewals.
This may include a renewal cooling-off period after:
- A free or discounted introductory period ends
- A trial converts into a paid subscription
- An annual or longer subscription renews automatically
Where these rules apply, we will provide any required notices and cancellation rights.
If the law gives you a right to cancel after renewal, we will honour that right.
11. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once paid access has started.
This means that if you cancel a monthly or annual subscription part-way through a billing period, you will not usually receive a refund for the unused part of that billing period.
However, we will provide a refund where required by law.
We may also provide a refund or account credit where:
- You were charged after validly cancelling
- There was a billing error
- You were charged the wrong amount
- Your account was duplicated by mistake
- Exitnine suffered a major outage or serious service failure
- We decide, at our discretion, that a goodwill refund is appropriate
Annual subscriptions are not automatically refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled part-way through the year, unless required by law or agreed by us.
Refund requests should be sent to admin@exitnine.ai.
We aim to review refund requests fairly and reasonably.
12. Faulty Digital Content or Service Failure
Exitnine must provide digital content and digital services in line with your consumer rights.
If digital content is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
If you believe Exitnine has not been provided properly, contact us at admin@exitnine.ai.
We may ask you for details of the issue so we can investigate and try to resolve it.
13. Refund Timing
Where we agree that a refund is due, or where the law requires us to provide one, we will process it without undue delay.
Refunds will usually be made back to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise or the payment provider requires a different process.
Where applicable law sets a specific refund deadline, we will comply with that deadline.
14. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade between Standard and Pro where this feature is available.
If you upgrade during a billing period, the change may be prorated by Stripe or our payment provider.
If you downgrade during a billing period, the downgrade will usually take effect from your next billing period.
Feature access may change when your plan changes.
15. Price Changes
We may change our prices from time to time.
Where a price change affects your existing subscription, we will aim to give you at least 14 days' notice by email before the change takes effect.
If you do not agree to a price change, you should cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
Continued use after the price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

You acknowledge and agree that Exitnine does not provide:

- Mental health diagnosis or treatment
- Therapy or counselling
- Financial advice

20. Health, Wellbeing and Finance Tools
Exitnine may include health, wellbeing and finance tracking features.
These tools are for self-reflection, habit tracking, planning, personal organisation and personal awareness.
They are not medical, therapeutic, financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

You should not enter highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your use of the platform and you are comfortable with it being processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
You should speak to a suitably qualified professional before changing medication, treatment, diet, exercise, sleep routines, mental health support, budgeting decisions, investment decisions, debt decisions, tax decisions or other significant personal decisions.
21. Community Features

- Promote investment schemes, get-rich-quick schemes or misleading opportunities
- Make medical claims or dangerous health claims
- Scrape, collect or misuse user data
- Send abusive or unwanted direct messages
- Damage the experience for other users
We may moderate community content.
We may remove, hide, restrict or edit content without notice where we believe it breaches these Terms, creates risk, harms users, or damages Exitnine.
We may suspend or remove your access to community features while keeping the rest of your paid account active.
We may also suspend or terminate your entire account for serious or repeated breaches.
22. Public and Private Circles
Exitnine may allow public and private Circles.
Content in public Circles may be visible to Exitnine members.
Content in private Circles is intended to be visible only to approved members of that Circle.
However, you should not post anything in any Circle that you would not be comfortable being shared, copied, screenshotted or disclosed by other users.
We are not responsible for users copying, sharing or misusing content they can access.
23. Direct Messages
Exitnine may allow users to send direct messages.
You must not use direct messages for abuse, harassment, spam, scams, unwanted promotion or any unlawful purpose.

However, by submitting User Content to Exitnine, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, reproduce, adapt and use that content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, improve and support Exitnine.
For community content, this includes displaying your content to other users according to the relevant feature, privacy setting or Circle setting.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
25. Deleting User Content
Where available, you may delete your own posts, comments, journal entries, chats and other content.
If you delete your account, your posts and community content should disappear from the platform where reasonably possible.

We may retain information where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute resolution or compliance reasons.
26. Use of Anonymised Content
We may use anonymised, aggregated or de-identified information to improve Exitnine, understand usage, develop features, create internal reports or promote the platform.
We may use anonymised quotes, patterns, outcomes or examples without asking for additional permission, provided they do not reasonably identify you.
We will not use your name, profile photo or clearly identifiable testimonial in external marketing without appropriate permission.
27. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you.
You agree that we may use feedback to improve Exitnine or develop new features.
28. AI-Generated Outputs
"AI Output" means content generated by Exitnine's AI features, including plans, prompts, summaries, reflections, messages, suggestions and coaching responses.
To the extent AI Output is capable of ownership, Exitnine owns or controls the rights in AI Output generated through the platform, subject to any rights you have in your own User Content.
